Was a loyal customer for years - however my latest experiences cause me to question value, care and professionalism. During an oil change, the oil ring was not secured properly which had a leak over the course of a few months, in addition during the oil change I wanted a wiper to be replaced, they did not have it in stock, so I waited 1 1/2 hours for the change to happen. They still charged me full price on top of the inconvenience. So, I decide to go back to the dealerships, $50 dollars more, for peace of mind and an exterior car wash (Wolkswagen). Toyota replaced a sensor during my oil change with no questions asked. Much simpler process and a faster experience at the dealerships.
